This is a points commission for a user named CTViz-Fan

Which is basically my drawing style of Corporal Clott and Colonel Grumbly.

For my minor research, they came from the comic stripe from UK's brand "The Dandy", which is about the titular corporal who's on bungling exploits on the army camp with is aggressive Colonel Grumbly.

Interesting note, it was drawn by the same artist who brought us the British version of "Dennis the menace".
