Here's a new OC, but for as probably a fan character of Hot Wheels and part of my series "Universe 97".

Name: Josh McKen
Age: 24
Species: Human
Personality: Tempered, angry, explosive, serious, independent, calm (when he's outside of racing), clean, colorful language (which he swears a lot when it doesn't going on his way), sometimes exciting and patient.
Like: Racing, cars, winning, bumping at anyone, racing with traditional/oval tracks, stock cars, sport cars, exotic cars, going faster and insulting at anyone on his way.
Dislike: Losing, get crashed in the race, street race, old school cars, backmarkers, get penalized, being called "Sore Loser" and junk foods

Bio:
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Josh has been in school that he was used to be with the group of bullies, he always like to messing and probably make fun of the kids, even if he get trouble for his action like ruining puzzles, slap in the face, going finish first for his arrogant or giving wedgie. However, his most passionate was racing, such as traditional racing and stock cars, which he always like going in the track since he was dreaming as a kid. When he grew up to young adult, he's able to participating the racing competition with stock cars, with his stock form of Dodge Charger, which he had a nice start where he signed up to participating in national stock car racing such as NASCAR. Where he drive with his "Dodge Charger Stock Car" with his number "44". He has two versions of his Stock Cars, one of his home (appears with green and blue) and other for racing (appears Blue and orange with sponsors). Even though he was exciting for his racing, but he took his racing to a different level in a similar fashion of the late Dale Earnhardt or even Kurt Busch, he always hitting at racers on his way and even butting heads at anyone on his way. But he's also not very nice at everyone that whenever he got problems and penalized, he throws in rage with complaining for something wrong, defending himself for nothing happened or even screams with multiple of swearing like F-bombs. He's considered as one driver that the fans love to hate over his aggression and his action.

Fact: Aside of driving with "Dodge Charger Stock Car", but he can also drive with "Speed Blaster".
