In a reimagining of the Powerpuff mythology I thought up, the PPGs were cloned from DNA taken from the corpse of the daughter of Utonium, who in my stories was a deranged evil scientist who like Hitler was trying to create a race of "Super-Men".
Your drawing is pretty accurate in portraying the "clones" in the fetus stage in the Chemical X mixture used for growth acceleration which also enhanced their natural speed, strength, and agility a thousand-fold EXCEPT that they were grown in separate cylinders.
