No, I mean the fact there's a 100%-requirement sidequest in which you fetch a flower and she puts that in her pot.
That's literally something that happens in the game. She 'dresses up', so to speak, by putting that flower in her pot.
She fixes her own aesthetic by putting that flower in. That's the entire joke.
