First off, I really rather love this theme. I am highly picky about Litestep themes, and this is probably number one on my list, if it weren't for a couple issues.
First, the download seems corrupted. That may just be me though, but I've tried downloading it twice and got corrupted archives.
Second, the Task Tray seems a tad flakey. Sometime icons won't show up, or clicking a task won't bring it up.
Third, most of the cuts buttons don't work, at least for me. Shutdown and My Computer are fine, but clicking anything else does nothing (yes, paths to default apps are set).
I think this theme would be great if you could adjust the overall transparency of both the tab box, and normal windows (see pSyhe theme).

well, considering this theme is about 4 years old, and i've not updated it since, i'm surprised you got it working at all 
as for the non-working parts, you could try talking to some of the LS community about it - i'd not have a clue where to start updating it to the newest builds. And when I created this there was no support for partial transparency
it's really nice that people are still using and appreciating my themes even this long after my releasing them. thanks for the comment.

Thanks for the info. I am actually using this currently as my main theme on my laptop. It's nice, concise, and unobtrusive. I'd love to see an update!

Sadly, I can't test this for you, since I haven't had Litestep running on my machine in over a year. I've been meaning to get back to that sometime when I have loads of free time oozing from my orifices. That is not now, heh.
Anyway, the left-docked panel seems well designed, but probably has more features than I would want out of an LS theme (note that I'm the guy with the quasiminimalist theme in the top 10 LS themes here, heh heh heh). The widjets in general are very excellently done and would make for an excellent Windowblinds skin.
The popups kick ass. Popups rock my socks, and are, on the whole, my favorite thing to theme for in LS, and you've done simply a fantastic job on the ones here.
Keep up the excellent work.

when i downloaded the original perimeter, i was like "woh, this is fscking amazing." and then i started talking to you, and i downloaded all of your themes, and then you asked me to resize system orchid for this.. masterpiece. this theme, completely rocks my world, minus the fact that i went in and changed the fonts all over the place, 'cause i can. lol. perfect color, perfect everything, and i've tried my hardest to crash this theme, and had absolutely no luck. you, are an amazing artist and you do extremely rad things with litestep. i was more than honored to resize my wallpaper for you.
