Description
Many people were asking about how to make eyes, so hopefully this should clarify things.If anything is unclear, please tell me and I'll try to update he tutorial.
Also this is MY way of doing it, so if you got another way feel free to share, just don't be a dick about it.
I used Photoshop CS5

okay it won't let me make the eye vector mask to the group folder.

Yeah if you fold them all out xP
Usually they just stay colapsed so it isn't so bad. Like if I want to move the eye I simply move the "eye" folder. No need to open it and expose the rest of the files.

Okay, this is really cool and all (saved to folder of tutorials!), but...
If it's in Photoshop, doesn't that mean it's Raster? >_>
