Description
The next part of 's prize for winning my contest. While Peach is enjoying her new shape, Rouge is more annoyed, and take her frustration out on Peach. When Chun Li speaks out, she's next to be turned into a balloon animal.By the way, I have no idea how one would make a balloon cat. Not to mention they're round balloons being turned into animals, so try not to think how little sense that makes.
Anyway, on to part 3.
