A little expanded explanation on banning; I won't ban you specifically on DA (unless you force me to otherwise), it just means I've determined yer not a fun person to do requests for and I will have yer name in a "ban" list. You'll still be free to make comments and the like. I also won't just ban you outright, I will give warning before hand.
