The Red hulk....for those who don't know him
He is General Thad Ross, the father of Betty Ross, Bruce's former wife, who spent his time chasing after the Hulk. He came to be worked on by AIM and the Intelligencia and was infused with cosmic radiation and became Red Hulk.

General Rose is the red Hulk. Since Lobe (the witter of the original comic of red hulk) didn't originally plan Red Hulk to be Rose in the first place. But since he was forced to rush out an ending he just picked Rose to be Red Hulk out of the blue.
All Hulks keep the original hair they had before the transformation. So if Banner is bald then Hulk will be bald. Thus Rose has a badass mustache so in turn Red Hulk should have a mustache. but due to the reasons i said before he was never depicted that way.

No i hate the character. The Red Hulk comic series to me is one of the worst comics i have ever read. I draw this for two reasons.
1- I imagined Sam Elliott (whom played Ross in one of the Hulk films) as Rulk since that would be only cool thing going for him
2- My best friend HATES Rulk so i did it to troll him.
