Tobi/Obito/Madara (whoever the hell) came out better than all of them. I'm not good at critique (I dunno, it just makes me feel like I'm insulting the artist's work no matter how much a picture may need it, or not). In this case yours definately DOESN'T. Everything is perfect. So far you're the first I've seen to do a Team Uchiha pic, and everything is just...right. I really love the angle, it looks like they're coming off the screen right at you! I agree with the other person, someone really SHOULD foward this to Kishimoto and let him have a look at it.

b) He doesn't say that explicitly. All he says is "This power--Madara Uchiha's power.". Itachi and Sasuke are using Madara's power too, after all.
