I Think Hojo's Creation May Have Been Inspired By Kefka's Character During FFVII's Development, The Two Almost Have Similar Personalities And Almost Similar Goals, Hojo Wants To Find The Promised Land To Create New Species And What Not, Kefka In A Sense Wanted the Same Thing While Also Kefka Might Have Been Inspiration In Sephiroth's Creation However That Is Where Sephiroth And Kefka Are Different, Sephiroth Wanted Like Kefka to be A God But Unlike Kefka Sephiroth In A Way Accomplished That Hence Why He Never Seems to Die Hence Advent Children And The Other Games He Appears In, Kefka Was So Psychotic That His Death Was Due To His Overriding Pride Thinking He Couldn't Lose, Sephiroth On The Other Hand Would Admit His Defeat But Would Still Try Despite Knowing He May Lose Again, Hojo Well Hojo Is Your Typical Mad Scientist Ultimately Killed By His Own Science Caused He Thought He Would Never Die.
Kefka Is entertaining Though So Is Hojo Both Characters Make You Laugh Make You Love Them But Hate them, I Use To Be Able To Do Kefka's Laugh Which I Can Still Do In Some Way, Sephiroth Will Always Be My All Time Favorite FF Villain But Kefka Is Right There, Hojo I Am Not A Fan And Glad He Got It At The End Of Dirge Of Cerberus Which Was Actually A Neat Game To Play, I Have It And I Found It Fun Wish Though They Gave Cloud And The Others More Spotlight, Glad Yuffie Got Some Shining In The Game, If I Was Asked to Date Yuffie I Would Do So In A Heartbeat. Okay Now I Am Getting Off Track....And Sephiroth Is Rushing towards Me With Masamune...
