Description Pencil and Digital. This is a piece I've contemplated doing for a while as an ode to one of my original favorite characters, as well as one of the most recognized characters in the world. I've always viewed Mario as this accidental fire god or such, venturing to rescue his idea or perception of love and innocence from a world that called him to be its hero. Coupled with his brother, they answer the call to adventure and become their own Legends..

Your Mario drawing.. is.. so cool! There's something that I love about it..you know what:I love everything about it! X)
The way you draw Mario in that awesome pose and the flames..including the details on his clothes which is something I always struggle with. ><'

Haha, Thank you so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed the piece I wanted to give Mario a more serious look / styling compared to the whimsical / light-hearted feel he's usually portrayed in (sans Super Mario Strikers) as well as the fact that he's my main in Smash Bros. so I felt I had to do him right :b
