First Commission for my friend Beatrice.
Well, I think that Kovu is one of her favourite characters from cartoons. Who don't like Kovu? He is young, attractive, mysterious... etc Anyway, as all of you know, I decided to draw the first scene directly from the movie, even because this is one of our favourite scene and, on it, I wrote the words of our favourite song xD It is the italian translation of "Deception, disgrace. Evil has plain as the scar on his face" (from Not one of us).
In the second part, I took the colors from the exile's atmosphere, but I altered the scene drawing Zira's shadow instead of Scar's one because I always thought that, actually, Kovu's "evil" wasn't from Scar, but from Zira.
Colors made me mad... I must bought new copics 'cause I don't have any tones that was good for his fur

Prima Commission per la mia amica Beatrice.
Beh Kovu credo sia, in assoluto, uno dei suoi personaggi dei cartoni animati preferiti. A chi non piace Kovu? E giovane, aitante, tenebroso etc... Ad ogni modo, come ben saprete, la prima scena ho deciso di riprenderla direttamente dal film, anche perchè è una delle nostre scene preferite sulla quale poi ho aggiunto le parole della nostra canzone preferita xD Nella seconda parte, invece, ho ripreso i colori e l'atmosfera dell'esilio, ma ho riveduto la scena usando invece che l'ombra di Scar, quella di Zira, poichè ho sempre pensato che in realtà il "male" di Kovu non fosse Scar, ma Zira stessa.
I colori mi hanno fatta impazzire... ho dovuto comprare apposta dei nuovi copics perchè non ne avevo neppure mezzo che andasse bene per le sue tonalità
