from what I can tell, this "Goo Girl" is made out of some strange membrane slime that invades though the ear canal and surrounds the victims brain and brain stem, preventing the electric synapsis from firing off that allows one to control ones body. From there the "Goo Girl's" slime works as a conductor allowing her own electrical impulses to travel through the slime into the brain stem and causes the victim to be nothing more than a empty vessel, to be piloted until the being leaves, or is removed
