Several things, and keep in mind I agree with you but there are several reasons why some of these will not make it. Please not that I am NOT in any way trying to anger, abuse, or hurt you. I am not in any way Trolling, Flaming, or Cyber Bullying.
Roy, Mewtwo, and Pichu were in Super Smash Bros. Melee and due to popular vote, will no longer be returning to the Super Smash Bros. Franchise.
Andy and Strum: Technically the Advance Wars series makes its debut in Super Smash Bros. Brawl with the Assist Trophy: Infantry and Tanks, Nintendo decided that was enough and technically there is no higher honor then that to tell you the truth, at least for the Advance Wars series.
Erika and Ephraim: Erika is a large possibility, or Lyndis may replace her, people are asking fro a Female Fire Emblem Character to appear in a game, so far Lyndis does appear as an Assist Trophy and people really agreed with that.
Isaac and Felix: Isaac has a high possibility of returning in the next SSB game thanks to a high number of agreements on Isaac's Assist Trophy.
Claus: Claus was available as a color change and will not be making a debut in the SSB franchise.
PKMN Trainer: I am regretful to say, even though I am a huge fan of PKMN Trainer myself, PKMN Trainer may not return in the next SSB game due to many bad comments on it.
Sonic and Snake: Sonic and Snake were appearing because SEGA agreed to allow Nintendo to use them. Sadly many bad votes for Sonic in SSBB and SEGA may not give permission next time.
Mike Jones: I have no information if he will or will not make a comeback.
Toad: Toad appears as an attack for Peach and will not be making an appearance in any further SSB games other then a counter for Princess Peach.
Deoxys: Pokeball appearance and fans say that's enough, Deoxys would be Master hand or boss class if any further appearances will be made.
Midna with Wolf Link: Has a low chance of making any possible appearances any further then an Assist Trophy.
Masked Man: Masked Man is Claus
Krystal: She may have a high chance of being added and replacing Wolf who has a high chance of NOT returning in the next SSB game.
Captain Olimar: I regret to inform people Olimar may not make the final cut with too man bad votes.
Dark Samus: Dark Samus has a high chance of appearing as an Assist Trophy in the next SSB game.
Deathborn: I have no information on if Nintendo is or is not thinking of placing him in SSB
Dixie Kong: Dixie Kong has a slim chance of making it into the final cut, either as an Assist Trophy or an actual Smasher.
Starfy: Starfy may or may not return as an Assist Trophy
Custom Robo: Custom Robo shall remain an Assist Trophy.
Tingle: Tingle may or may not return as an Assist Trophy.
Takamaru: I have no information on Takamaru making an appearance in the next SSB game.
Black Shadow and Phoenix: Black Shadow and Phoenix do not seem to have been mentioned or have a possibility of making it into the next SSB
Captain Syrup: Wario will be the only character from his franchise to appear in the SSB franchise due to the fact that he is also a part of the Mario Bros. Franchise.
WiLuigi: A lot of comments and votes are making Nintendo think that Wiluigi may make an appearance in a Super Smash Bros. game. For now Luigi shall have a Wiluigi color change.
Vaati: Vaati does not show much of a chance of appearing in the next SSB game.
Kamik: Kamik may make an appearance as an Assist Trophy.
Saki: Saki will remain an Assist Trophy due to popular votes, although it is under consideration if Saki may make an appearance as a Smasher.
Bowser Jr. and Rosalina: Bowser Jr. and Rosalina do not appear to be appearing in the Super Smash Bros. Franchise as more then just Trophies.
Paper Mario: Paper Mario, being Mario, will not be making an appearance in the Super Smash Bros. Franchise.
Ridley: Ridley will remain a boss or may even appear as an Assist Trophy.
Sylux: Sylux does not show a chance of appearing in the next Super Smash Bros. game.

I beg to differ on Mega Man being the only 3rd party with a shot. Itagaki has hinted at Ryu Hayabusa making an appearance in Smash, and Suda 51 has expressed a desire to see Travis Touchdown join in.

Robo Commander, Takamaru, Captain Rainbow, Captain Syrup, King K. Rool, Black Shadow, Saki, Isaac and Mega Man X would ROCK! I think either Ninten or Kumatora should wrap up the Mother series reps and Demille from Tomato Adventure needs a shot. But what would Starfy's moves be?

I disagree on the Mother representatives. I agree with ~BlackShadowGX on Ninten, and Kumatora would basically be another clone. Masked Man would be better, IMO, because he is less of a clone. Feel free to join the discussion in the first page on the comments.
BTW, BlackShadowGX, Starfy isn't new, he was a Japan-only character who was an Assist Trophy in Brawl. Oh, and way to spoil Mother 3 for these peoples, dude (you are a dude, right?)! Lol, jk.

The main reason I think Ninten should join is to have all 3 games represented. He could even replace PK Thunder with 4th-D Slip. As for Kumatora, the Smash series needs more female fighters. I will admit that Masked Man, Poo, Flint or Duster would work as well.

The problem with Ninten is that, for one, he looks almost exactly like Ness, and second of all, it is not as well known outside Japan... Then again, neither were Fire Emblem or Mother 3.
Kumatora, as I stated, would be a clone, and for that it's better to have the protagonist instead of another (less) main character. For more female fighters, one might as well look into other series. I am aware Fire Emblem has a few.

I need to do a journal entry as to why I choose these characters. Plus need a DLC roster as well.
I'll play Starfy's game later on to see what I can come up with, but I've seen real good support for this character on both Japanese & American boards and plus he reps a new series.
Well Ness is technically Ninten, though I think Claus(Masked man) might be the 3rd character.
I got a Black Shadow moveset I'll post later, since Captain Falcon is based off Kamen Rider moveset wise I've based Black Shadow's from Darkseid.

I agree with most of them. Maybe less Pichu though, not because his moveset was similar to Pikachu in SSBM but more that Pichu is almost like Pikachu, only it's his pre evolution.
But I enjoyed playing as Pichu in SSBM so I'll shut up. XD

I added him just like I kept Toon Link and added Paper Mario.
Mario, Link, & Pikachu are a part of Nintendo's top franchises and since Link has a "clone" I think the other two can do with a similar character, besides Pichu reps the 2nd gen, & he was the series joke character which every fighting game has.

I may get some crits about Goroh, but I feel he's fine as an AT and given I'm a Black Shadow fan I may get flamed later, but Goroh hasn't really done anything to the series besides being Falcon's first rival.
Black Shadow on the other hand is the series's main villain, and he also played a large part in the series's revival in Japan and his fanbase there is large and he was one of the characters that were expected to be on SSBB even before Goroh's AT announcement.

Well, as for my other favorite series that I love (Mario, PKMN, Pikmin) all of the characters I could wish for in the brawl/fight/whatever are there already. But I've wondered why you couldn't play as Mankey, Hitmonlee or any fighting PKMN, aren't they honed in for fighting?

Lucario is a Steel/fighting type so we got a fighter in it. Though Machamp would rock lol.
I also think the Mario Spin-offs series does very well to warrant two reps, paper Mario for the RPGs & Waluigi for the sports spin-offs.

Well, he could be slower, and his sword would have electric/PSI powers, plus the arm cannon is something Meta Knight doesn't have... But then again, Samus does.
And then there's Flint his specials from Mother 3 would (somehow) fit in with SSB... at least, Power Smash and Swing could.

That's not a big issue, IMO. Sheik was spoilerific for Ocarina of Time. The Gekkos in Shadow Moses Island pretty much told everyone the fact that there was a new kind of Metal Gear in Guns of the Patriots. Spear Pillar (on a very lesser extent) spoiled where you were going to fight Dialga and Palkia. Heck, Porky and his stage were spoilerific for both EarthBound and Mother 3. Not to mention all the Mother 3 spoilers already in there including the Masked Man's identity.
But still, maybe we should take this to notes. ^_^;

For me, being a Masked Man fangirl, it's pretty obvious, lol.
IMO, SSB4 should have a more balanced representation. 2 to 4 characters per series, one boss, two stages, and one assist trophy. Seeing this Mother isn't that bad off, considering other series such as F-Zero, Metroid and Pikmin. Also, why the hell are Bowser's Baddies the only non-subspace minor enemies?! SERIOUSLY, WHERE THE EFF ARE THE OTHER BAD GUYS?!
