I had a request for Cindy Vortex to have a clothing problem. I've never watched the show, but with a little research I found out something about a "girl-eating plant", which I thought I could feature.Had to try and make Cindy appear a bit older than she is in the cartoon, it just didn't sit right with me otherwise.

Haha, nice! She actually was in her underwear in the first episode When Pants Attack since her pants ran away. I remember they had polka dots, but yours are probably cuter!
