Essentially,Blackstar wouldn't be dead if PB just told him what was up. And Springtrap listened to him.
Kid wouldn't be dead if Blackstar just talked it out with PB, and if Springtrap didn't piss PB off by killing his brother.
Soul wouldn't be dead if Kid AND Blackstar talked it out with PB and Spring and PB were both angry and upset.
