A colourized version of [link] by *CSImadmax.I used reference images from the show for the characters. The rest of the colours I got by messing around with a colour selection tool. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. The hardest was picking the colours for the magic, the potion and the teacups.
Made using GIMP. I created a second layer and set the mode to multiply.
Why am I sharing all this information? Because it's fun, and I love fun things!
If I did anything uncouth by uploading this, I apologize. Also, I am quite open to any and all criticism you have, so lay it on me.

Applebloom: Does she know what you drank. It could be anything from a shape shifting potion, to a random potion, or so on. I'm the only one who knows what I gave you.
If you go to Twilight, it would take her years to find a cure. Earlier I took some of the books that can create the potion and she doesn't have the books she needs.

Spike(Falls over again) Darn it...wait a minute all I need to do is go to Twilight, tell her what happened, then she or your teacher will make you give her the potion, boom im back to normal and you and your "Crusaders" are punished(Smiles victoriously) didn't think of that now did ya!

Applebloom: I forgot to tell you something. I wrote a fake letter to Twilight that said that you be out of town for awhile. That way, Twilight won't be worry about you. If she wants to write a letter to the Princess about lessons. She has her pet owl to send the letters.
It's time for you to eat.
(She opens the bag to get his head out. She ties the bag so Spike's body is inside. She brings him food to eat.)
I'll feed you since your body is inside the sack.
(She puts food in his mouth)

Applebloom: Twilight is looking after your pet bird. So don't worry about him. After you eat, it would be time for bed.

Applebloom: (She gives him an insane smile that would creep anyone and anything out.) The other day, I visited Twilight and I ask her help. Twilight used her magic to make the bag unbreakable and can't be destroyed making impossible for you to get out. I told her that my stuff keeps falling out of the bag and she thought she was helping me. Plus, I ask her what was the music that put the ursa minor to sleep and she gave me this note that would put anyone to sleep.
(Applebloom puts earmuffs on her ears. Applebloom begins to sing a lullaby.)

(Over the years Spike beings to become a good pony. However, Spike misses being a dragon.)
(However, Spike and Rarity got married and Spike thank Applebloom for turning him into a pony.
Spike: Being a pony isn't ba that bad.

A year later, Spike and Rarity have baby fillies.

(Spike fit misses being a dragon because he doesn't have to go the school.)
(Years later, Spike and Applebloom finish school. Spike gives Applebloom the mother of the year award.)
Another year later, Spike and Rarity got married.
