With Halloween just a couple days away, I thought I'd try this tutorial out since I already did the pumpkin one, and I did myself in my old witch outfit I did a few years back. I even added some Pokemon for extra effect and to fill in some space; the Pokemon I drew are Murkrow, Pumpkaboo, Duskull, and Hattrem (since this one appears to be based off of a witch herself and I thought it would be cute.
