hey man, Love it! Seems very up-to date, and very slick design. This quality rivals the Eccles dinosaur park in Utah, and that's pretty damn good.My only real constructive criticism is that maybe find a way to eventually have the T Rex and some of the other larger dinos bolted down from the legs with some reinforced steel poles on the inside or something so they can be freestanding without the need of the support of a visible tree trunk or pole anymore. Other than that, excellent.

Thanks bud!
Yeah it's an issue, but I hope eventually vines will climb the trees hiding them.Β That was my plan from the start. The Rex is just so heavy and massive..we wanted him to be able to stand up to a lot of abuse from heavy snows toΒ high winds without toppling over.Β I was more afraid of him falling than I was about the supports.Β The good news is most kids don't even notice it.
When I eventually get to a Giganotosaurus and an adult Spinosaurus that won't be a problem. We're hoping to make the Giga is a sitting pose and the Spino a half body emerging from " water".

All of our dinosaurs basically use the same materials. He has a wood/fiberglass frame work, with steel fencing musculature, chickenwire/poultry fencing and then vinyl/epoxy .
You can see the progress album of him here : www.facebook.com/media/set/?seβ¦

Yep, and they seem even more excited we're building the Triceratops right across from him ! Just need to raise more funds to get him done .

Well, judging from how quickly you finished the Tyrannosaur, that shouldn't be an issue!

lol it's ALWAYS an issue. Honestly I'm paying quite a bit myself on these dinos. I'd say we've give around 80% of what it takes to build them.Β I'd like to get more support and sponsors as well if possible.
