I use Ibis paint X! To get the effect I have on my drawings I recommend you use the "anime background" feature. I usually set it towards the night setting, brightness up, and contrast somewhat low. I also use the "rough layout pen" for lineart, coloring, and shading, and the "pen (fade)" tool for lighting.
