This is my second entry for the #Naruto-and-Bleach contest.

Chakra element: wind and lightning

Jutsus: Cirucci mostly depends on taijutsu and ninjutsu.
Ninja art; Wings of the Swallow - transforms her into a form similar to her resureccion.
Ninja art; Clipped Wing Swallow - when using the first transformation, Cirucci can remove her arm and wings, focusing all her chakra into a single weapon on her tail.

Weapons: Cirucci usually carries two small disc-shaped blades on each arm(under the sleeves of er shirt). She can throw the blades at her opponents and can change their direction thanks to a cord attached to the blade from the handle.
