Just for starters, I in no way own this character and this little blurb about him is just the way I assume he would be and makes me all giggly, so that's why that is written there.
I made this to enter in 's contest. Doubtful in my odds of winning but this was fun drawing and at the very least I have that.
Made entirely in Paint.

The pose is very nicely done and uniquely stylized.
Composition: 9.0
I think the little blurb you wrote fits very well with the piece and helps it along. I'm a little puzzled as to why you didn't simply include it in the artwork itself. Compositionally, the piece looks like it'd make a great tattoo or stencil, but as just the black on white it feels a bit sterile. Maybe if you'd used some complementary colors instead of black and white.
Originality: 9.5
The hat is a nice original touch, and the piece definitely represents your style as an artist. I also like the blurb (a lot, really).

You definitely have a firm grasp on the character in this piece. I do however, think Hishouto probably wouldn't care too much about having an evil grin on his face, so he'd have nothing to hide.

Thank you very much for this full judging. Is incredibly nice to hear input on the piece to this full extent. My only defense for not putting the blurb in the actual drawing, is that using Paint doesn't give me many nice options for text and I felt it would take away from the drawing. As for why it is black and white, that's just my style.

The style's very unique amongst all the others. I like it ^-^ Simple but defined. Sweet. The thing is when I read, "He hides his face," I'd think he'd have his hand up adjusting his hat to cover it. But that's just in my opinion. I think it would make the pose more dynamic in the leaning stance he has. I have to give it a 8.5. Good luck ^-^
