Here is my proposed update schedule for the remainder of the chapter: there are definitely going to be new pages tomorrow and Thursday (but they're just quick little transitional things, so don't expect too much from them!), and that will bring us to only four pages left total. It is my hope to do them in sets of two, so next week there will be new pages on Thursday and Friday, and then again the following week to bring us to the end of the chapter. HOWEVER, I have a rather important art thingie I need to finish by the 30th of this month, so I'm gonna have to work around that which may complicate matters.
See ya tomorrow!

Do the important thing first.... We appreciate the effort you make, but no need to leave important commitments aside!

It's pretty charming when you get an unspoken moment like this. Words are said, but you know you're agreeing to something other than what's being said. Other options, "Can I come over?" or "Do you want to share a taxi?" (assuming the hour or months before has had the prerequisite nuance to give those words meaning).
I think you laid a lot of groundwork for this, and it gives it the weight it needs; it's giving me a number of ideas. Laying out groundwork... a slow burn.

Thanks man, I always appreciate your analytical takes on these pages. This whole chapter has basically been laying the ground work for what's to come, and "slow burn" is definitely a good way to describe it. The problem with only posting a page a week though is that sometimes the burn seems too slow, and a scene that's supposed to be glanced over in few minutes could take months to get through.
When I first wrote the comic, I approached it with the staggered page updates in mind and the intention of trying to move it along as quickly as I could. But when I put it into practice, moving quickly just wasn't right, especially not for this story. That said, it's my hope that once things really do get moving, it'll give it all that much more weight.

Well, important takes precedence. There's no point in making things unnecessarily hard for yourself, work on that which is most pressing.
I can assure you, as fickle as we, the internet, maybe, this will not cause us to begin rioting and burning effigies.
Patience is a virtue and virtuous girls grow strong chest hair, or something like that. Green vegetables?

I don't think I've heard that particular turn of phrase before, but I'm going to have it put on my headstone after I die from this unbearable workload.
But for real it's not going to be a huge deal. I'm designing and printing shirts for my friends' band, but the remaining pages are all pretty straightforward so I'm thinking I might still be able to handle it. Hopefully!

To handle something never means to attach a handle to it. Imagine how much more useful the world would be if we all installed handles when we said we would.
We'd love to see the outcome of this unbearable workload.

It's totally not unbearable, I'm just being dramatic. When it's all done it'll definitely end up here.
