Was it intentional that Jo's corner of the room looks like a cross between a prison and a padded cell?
In fact I love that his whole world here is punctuated by straight lines. No room for him to be himself, that just doesn't fit.
Sorta off topic, have you watched strip panel naked ? on youtube? Your skill with the visual storytelling makes me think of what he talks about.

The padded/prison cell look isn't intentional, but the use of straight lines is! I've been trying to create a sense of like, almost overwhelming structure, to sort of reflect how he sees the world. Or at least how he wishes the world was, and as a result, how he was as well.
And thanks man, I've actually never heard of that video, but I'll definitely to check it out after I get out of work.
