Stalemate, either can only win through BFR.
Spawn's too weak at a physical standpoint (Strength and durability) to hurt Superman, and Superman has no means of putting Spawn down due to lacking holy weapons, one of the only few things that can truly kill Spawn by beheading him.
And before you point out Spawn is magic, Superman isn't weak to it, he's just vulnerable as anyone else would be, he's fought beings mainly consisted of magic and came out on top.
Now if this were God Spawn, however.....Things would be a little different.....

Spawn wins. Superman may be able to get almost Godlike in powers due to the sun, but his one weakness to trump even that (besides kryptonite) is magic, and Spawn is all magic

Magic isn't a weakness, he's just vulnerable to it like anyone else is, otherwise he wouldn't have beaten powerful beings mainly composed of magic in the comics.

True, though Spawn would most definitely win either way, fan bias yes but given his track record and Superman's I am still inclined to believe Superman would lose but put of one hell of a fight.
