Yes. But it's called GoJyuJin/GoJyuRex/GoJyuDrill. It's GokaiSilver's mecha, empowered by the Greater Powers of the Abarangers, Timerangers, and Zyurangers by the use of the Dragon Ranger, Abarekiller, and Time Fire Ranger Keys.

Somewhat. GoJyuDrill comes from the year 3000 since GokaiSilver summons it with the TimeFire Ranger Key, pressing the TimeFire button three times and then the GoseiKnight button once. When GokaiSilver inserts Dragon Ranger's Ranger Key, it becomes GoJyuRex. And AbareKiller's Ranger Key results in GoJyuJin. Finisher is Gokai Triple Drill Dream, which splits the mecha into its three forms and unite their drills into something akin to Giga Drill Breaker from Gurren Lagann.
