Yeah I'm fully aware of that. I've seen both shows. It's still a poor choice for naming the Megazord.

How is that Familiar? 

Technically you could avoid the confusion with the one from Mighty Morphin S2 as The Mega Thunderzord or refer to the one in Ninja Storm as I like to call "ThunderBug Megazord." The Omega Rangers Zord is actually called OmegaMax Cycle/Megazord, so that's mostly different enough from being an identicle name.
