To quote some of my XBOXLIVE friends-"Your spartan! IT BURNS!!!"
I, and by extention my Halo Reach spartan, have almost no taste when it comes to armor design and coloring.

Don't feel to bad, I set my spartan up with bright yellow and purple, which as become a standard gag color scheme for me.

That reminds me, once in Halo 3's Sandtrap map, I made my pirmary colour the light orange, and my secondary/details light yellow. I blended in so well in that map, in wasn't funny. xD

When playing Halo 1, they had all the colors of the rainbow available for customization: green, blue, red, and then they even had pink and brown....why??

Oh you can. There are some tricks you can do to get brighter colors. That is, if you call 'picking the middle value of a color in the Reach Armory' a trick.:0

I don't play Reach anymore, I gave up since I have a crappy connection and it became virtually unplayable in the end. Plus, my character's colour is a hot pink from Halo 3 that's not present on Reach anyway ... :\
