This is really atmospheric and moody, so of course my brain immediately started trying to think of silly things for Godzilla to be saying.
To me, the funniest would be some sort of meek inquiry. "Hey guys, can I borrow some sugar? I'm trying to make cookies underwater, but the sugar keeps dissolving when I try to mix the batter and it's making a huge mess. I just... I just really wanted to make some cookies. Things haven't been going well lately and... no? No sugar? Oh, okay... okay."
