This horse is Apache Sauce. I posted a picture of him/her too. From what I could see and what I've heard, this horse gave his rider some trouble at lots of fences, and perhaps he refused one too, can't remember. I'd not like to ride him at all, lol, horses who think about refusing all the time aren't what I like 
I only heard of one horse having to be put down, and that was Le Samurai, who injured himself on the very last fence, I believe. From the articles I read, the rider did all she could and isn't evil or at fault at all.
