Beautiful concept art! I'm impressed with the combination of the movie aesthetic with the fantastical & vintage costume design. This fits her regal & commanding personality a lot better than I could imagine; the three layers, the vintage snow boots, & the purple ribbons with the pink tights & feathers really blend well together with style & function. This looks perfect for Elsa if she were also a fantasy or role playing game character, I've always thought she had the right feeling for a story of that nature. I couldn't help but to add this to my collection of favorites. Great job!
