Well, in my head canon, Cecil is like Sherlock from BBC's recent incarnation of the detective, if he were more in touch with his emotions. Β And since Benedict's natural hair color is a lighter brown, that fits since my head canon Cecil is blonde. Β Also, it may be NVCR (Night Vale Cove Radio, lol) under the water, but we're getting it above water too, across the country and across the world.
