Scanning traditional things is odd, I know from the random colours I use for inking. Greens, purples and blues seem to scan lighter. Reds and oranges darker. Funnilly I could ink my picture in bright orange and the scan make it dark enough I can alter it to black no problem.

my scanner, scans at random settings and i was in a rush so i didnt bother editing it before i saved it...lol

That would probably hurt your wrist if you tried to pull a sword like that.
Try an over-handed approach and have the blade turned towards the right side.
It takes some practice, but it looks a bit more natural.

thanx, i was going for her starting to reach for her sword and follow with twisting her wrist up wards...lol, but thanx for the input, i makes more sense to do it the way you suggested^ ^ ...
