SLP STMThe slip stream.
Trying hires stuff out. This is a cropped shrinked part of a 300 dpi poster over 2400x3300 pixels. Decided since i got the firepower on my comp id put it to use to make a poster image for myself.

nice 3d...but the 2d/typo could use some work. it doesn't flow too well with the 3d you've done. just seems way to random. congrts on DD tho!

Sweet, like the style. Nice manip, lovely comp, but shame about the font. Not knocking the typeography, but I'm sure a sna serif font like square, microgramma would wrap this piece up. that is the only fault to my taste I can see thou and I'm just a pick tosser, ha!

busy, complicated, good for the 3d it is, but fairly unoriginal. This has been done so many times before. 3d is starting to lose it for me. the 2d clutter everything up, and spreading those things out would make it look nicer.
Jus rework it again, and re-post it, and we'll see what happens.

mmmmmmm i like this. a lot of people do things like this, ie. the long streams of light in photoshop, but you did that AND took it a step further, which is quite rare. so this is a favorite. and i'm definitely setting it as my desktop.

Looked cool on the thumbnail but when I clicked on it.. how exactly did this get a DD? Completely generic B.S. Looks like 3dsmax took a shit on my screen. No offense or anything haha.. I'm going to go fire up my 3d modeling program.. generate some weird sphere thingies with jaggy thingies.. then open up photoshop, find a cheesy romance novel and cut and paste some lines out of it that seem deep or profound. Like "PASSION.. FLOWING FROM WITHIN" or some shit like that.. wait wait.. i forgot to put my web address on there also.. that way everyone can go there and rave about how original I am.

I haven't seen a 3D abstract piece get a DD for about 5 months now... I guess Ekud, being a 3D artist himself, is prone to appreciate this work.

i like how you mixed text in there without ruining the image. It looks like bullets striking a mirror. I like the reds and oranges. I usually like pieces with more color, but this is nice.

Needs work, the 2d elements overlap too much with the 3d to make it flow, and the contrasting colors just, well... to put it in short: Not good.
