Custom General Hordak I made for a friend of mine.We both love the custom done by the legendary HunterKnight [link] and thats where the inspiration come from!
Receipt:
Body: modified Iron Monger figure with added studs to the breast armor and custom sculpted "loincloth" (the tip of the "loincloth" is from ML BAF Galactus). The bat emblem is from vintage Hordak's armor.
Head: modified vintage Hordak head with a lot of custom sculpting. (I should have spent some more time on the head sculpt, I know..)
Lots and lots of metallic paint and shading (I'm not the fan of heavy drybrushing)....

Custom sculpting is very rough and looks "crumpled", but at least I'll know what to do next time I tackle something like this..
