This looks pretty awesome! And you get an idea of all the characters personalities by the way you've placed them and their body languages. Although I'm not too familiar with Boyfriend To Death, I think you've captured the game's essence with these character designs.
Though, it looks like the Main Character has got their work cut out with this group of psychopathic lovers. Who said love was easy, eh?
