Can someone tell me how to draw on paper and then put the colors digitally?

Are you talking about a scanner? I think you draw on paper, then scan it, put it in a drawing program and you can color it. Although you may have to do the lineart over again but that's just tracing. I recommend doing some research on it though bc I don't have one. xD
