Description
A new Langurhali. She is inspired by conjoined kittens, born with a similar mutation of the skull. (See: [link] CAUTION: Real photos of kittens born with mutations, may be disturbing to some viewers.) Sometimes they may share one center eye, or two separate pairs as with Conjuka here. Rarely do the real cats born with two heads reach adulthood. Such feline mutations fascinate me, so expect a lot more oddities in the future. Such as polydactyl paws and 'winged cats'...Conjuka shares the same body, digestive system, esophagus and other organs, as well as the same brain - however she has two different personalities. Because of this, people may often call (her) left side "Conjie" and the right "Jukah' so as not to cause confusion when speaking to one side or the other. They have two separate tails, and are able to control only their side of the body, thus they must work together to perform the simplest tasks, such as walking, clapping, climbing, sitting, or jumping. While they may talk separately and have two different vocal cords, their eyes always blink at the same time, and many of their central muscles can be difficult to control due to them both being controlled by the same nervous system. If one feels pain, as does the other.

They are very cool looking. Very neat. The colors are very pretty and I love the fireflys in the background.
I had a friend a few days ago who was taking care of a stray cat and she gave birth to a cat with the same mutation.
it's true most cats born like this don't survive.
I almost cried when looking at this..cause that poor kitten died.
Rest in peace little guy....Sorry I get emotional.
But this is a very neat idea. And like I said the colors are wonderful. Very, Very pretty.

A friend of mine linked me to this pic, Wednesday I had a cat I had been sort of protecting have kittens in my garage under the watchful gaze of my 1969 Camaro. One of the kittens had two faces, three eyes and two mouths.
The poor little soul died yesterday. For a six and a half foot tall biker I sure cried hard for that little thing. All but one of the siblings is doing fine now, though.
I kind of like to think that in a way, that little kittens soul was like this pic.

Wow, how close can two sisters get? Sharing a single skull, even. That's gotta make life interesting!
That aside, those are some lovely eyes they have. I just love those big fuzzy ears, too, and the long, shaggy tails... and especially those delightfully alluring smiles!
Definitely fascinating characters, these two. You've done a great job, both with the art, and of making me want to learn more about them.

The kittens on the website look like they might be in pain, or in discomfort... it's very sad. The artwork is beautiful however, especially the colours.

That's a very alluring scene with such oddly disturbing qualities. A contradiction in nature. ; )
But, on a strange note: a friend of mine found a litter of polydactyl kittens. His adopted one is named Byron and is jet black. 7 toes on each foot.

They do. Stupid cute, and as is often the case, they are ALL functional and retractive clawlings. : )

I disagree about the glowing colouring,maybe it's my new screen,but I think it doesn't happen.The pose of your character is quite good,but the right arm doesn't integrate and doesn't interact so well with the background due to that weak shadow.
The fur is one of your specialities,so it doesn't have any defects that I should indicate.On the contrary,is good as always.Independently of the nice character,the backgorund deserves its own critique,especially since it is what it gives more life to the picture.
I think I don't +fav your pictures since some time,so I don't doubt to fave this one,because it deserves.

awesome idea, and I'm totally in love with the background you added. I think Conjie's fur should be a little darker though. Since Conjuka is in a dark setting and Conjie's fur is bright white, there doesn't seem to be enough shadow to indicate that she's not actually 'glowing'. I think it would be possible to tone down the brightness of the colour of her fur without taking away the idea that she'd actually appear white in normal lighting....if that makes much sense

I couldn't agree more about her fur, I wasn't intending to make the background at first, since it was just a pinup-y pose and didn't seem fitting. But then I did, and had originally planned to go back and fix the glowing whiteness of her fur but forgot x.x ah well!

That's so bloody unique I've forgotten whatever I was going to say about the colouring. Seriously. I love how the colours are so drastically different, like there's a dark and a light side. It's as if you've taken the concept of a character with dual personalities to a very creepy (but undeniably awesome) new level.
