I know I've been commenting a lot, but... it's the internet, so fuck it. This is by far my favorite homebrew chapter design. It's a chaplain, so is this a loyalist chapter? I love theΒ aesthetic of deep sea monsters and monsters themed around those, but it seems more or less like a Chaos thing. Ssssort of. I know they have their four deities, but still.
