Um...Cream is like super friendly around just about everyone. Including Shadow. I highly doubt she'd get all jealous just because Blaze has a new friend now. It's not like Blaze and Cream are no longer friends just because Blaze has a second friend. And I think Cream would be smart and polite enough to realize that.
I guess this is still kinda funny, though.
