My entry for 's Halloween contest. I'm assuming most of you have read her Nuzlocke run, but if you haven't, go and do that now because it's awesome.I know BlaziKEN has been done, but I just can't pass up an opportunity for bad puns! I put way too much time into this, so let's just call it a contest entry/birthday present. Happy belated birthday, Yin xD

Here's what I like - Billfairy dressed up as his favorite Eeveelution (probably?), and the Gyaratina in general. I notice Levi is using traffic cones as the little arms.
But what's freaking me out is that somebody painted Levi from top to bottom.
