It's an animatic. No one knows how it will ACTUALLY be done. The animatic's purpose is just to show the general emotion/expression and pose as well as the background and other misc. things to provide the animators a good resource to work with. They'll likely have the style pretty much the same as it was in the previous 3 seasons.

i'm not sure why, but they always draw the animatic in a different style then when they actually animate
