Either Zelekar blasts off his arm, and he regrows it, out of pure energy.
or
Satoshi has been fuelled by too much of his raging energy and then all the heat and power overflows him inside, and then his left arm just disintegrate (the skin) and energy replaces it.
He doesn't lose it entirely.
