That van is apparently outfitted with nothing but lap belts. Which isn't that far from accurate in the Evo-universe, actually.I tried giving Jamie a sort of oversized jacket, but mostly this just resulted in his looking puffy and a bit out of proportion.
Also: Some new inking techniques.

Sorry my critique took so long. I've been distracted. Let me start with how much I totally love Scott's face in the first two panels. He looks TOTALLY Scott-ish. This is a great thing. Jamie's also HILARIOUS. Oh Jamie, when will YOU learn. Ha...ha...haaaa.
The motion in the fourth panel is a little odd and stiff. Jamie's arm is a tad too long and the perspective on Scott's arm might be a tad too extreme. The arm looks too long and skinny. Maybe making it thicker might help. It's a tough call.
You have this funky panel thing going on that, well, isn't such a big deal. You have panel one sharing a panel border with panel 3. Panel 3, the mooch, is also sharing a border with panel 6. This is a little awkward because you HAVE a gutter between panels 2 and 4 and between 5 and 6. The page looks cut up and chaotic more than this scene calls for. I would suggest extending the gutter to insert between panels 1 and 3, and 3 and 6, and lining up your vertical gutters so that the page doesn't have that jarring break. I might be noticing it only because I'm retarded and if no one else is bothered by it, then it really doesn't REQUIRE any fixing. However, I still recommend at LEAST lining up the vertical gutters. There's no reason for there to be an awkward break with the 1 and 2 panels.
Panel 5 has something that particularly irks me, which is that Scott's head disappears into his seat. It looks like his head either flattens or that it's just missing the top half and we're seeing the seat. A finishing of his head or making it look rounder would fix it.
Finally, the 6th panel. I think it looks great, however, the figures, I think, would probably look better as silhouettes. Their finger-puppet-ness is just too evident. They also look a little head-heavy, though I think they're probably not. Silhouettes would add excellent contrast as well as make the figures seem possibly more individualized...plus it's probably a little easier.
This was a really good page. I really liked how Scott came out in it. His hair looks especially nice. Jamie is also too adorable as is their interactions...the oldest of the kids (maybe >__>, maybe Jean's older <___<;;; ) and the youngest. Awww.
