Puncture dealing Claw based weapon for Warfame.

The Venka is a very cool weapon. It would be neat to see some more stuff like it, so I came up with an idea of a claw that deals puncture damage instead of slash. Even some of the combos the stance mod, Malicious Raptor, has a few moves that stab the victim.
