I never see Snipes leave the comfort of their Stranger to go get clean.Maybe this can be the solution?

Seeems legit. I guess snipes don't really think, birds are retarded half the time anyway lol. But something tells me they'd just sit on the statue and not touch the water. .-.
Anyway this looks pretty cool, With the right background it would definitely look better (duh). This is a very fitting piece for Haven's outskirts (little area at bottom of haven) I could see this in-game, Good solution and as always good work.

Yup! It's suppose to simulate the Stranger's hat for maximum Snipe comforting.
