Description I love the look of Acrylic Pour Paintings. They are beautiful. I've been wondering for quite a while if there is a way to make such an image digitally, without the use of automatic filters. I accidentally found this method and I loved the way it looks so much. It's not perfect, but for a first try and an accident, I think it's pretty cool. This digital acrylic pour painting was originally a photo of a cracked glass cabochon that I painted blue, backlit with yellow-orange light. I did a lot of things to get to this point, all within Affinity Photo. Affinity Photo has this neat little tool that I've never used before, called the Deform tool. That was the tool that allowed me to make it look like an acrylic pour painting! I ended up spending nearly 4 hours just playing around with this before calling it finished. It didn't seem like that much time because it was so much fun.

I'm sharing this as a wallpaper, but really, you could use it for whatever reason you wanted. I only ask that if you snag it, you don't try to sell it or claim it as your own. Using it in your own work, for whatever purpose, is fine.
