Backgrounds... one of the things I want to do more of myself. I like how yours turned out, especially with the lights coming from the buildings.
Speaking of lighting, I like the purpleish lighting to the background and on Sonic. It really helps set a lively tone for the piece.
As for Sonic himself, I like how you added lights on and around him. He looks a bit shiny XD One thing that i find unique about your piece is the yellow light around one side of him and a white outline around the other side of him. It helps him stand out from the background.

I wanna get better with backgrounds since I have avoided them for a long time so yeah glad I am doing well!!!! The purple lighting was unplanned i did it on sonic because I liked it and then this happened XDDDDD but am glad it's nice to know it's unique!!! X3333
