Ah, per the rules of dA, video game screenshots aren't allowed in your gallery (including the scraps section.)
FAQ #578: What does deviantART consider to be a proper screenshot?
"All users should be aware that the submission of plain or βcleared offβ third party wallpapers, video game screenshots, and still frames from television programs or motion pictures will be considered violations of our copyright policy."
You probably want to remove this and the other Brawl screencaps from your gallery before you get in trouble.

And I got a message a long time ago, back when I was new, and the devart account moved my deviations into the scraps section, but they were fine with it. Tons of people post Brawl shots.

And tons of people get their brawl pictures deleted because they violate deviantArt's terms of use.
Once again, I'm not in charge of your fate, I'm just warning you that you can (and probably will at some point) get in trouble for having these up.

They do, but then they get caught, the deviations get deleted, and they get angry about it. Sometimes it just takes the admins a while to find deviations that violate policy.
But just because other people break the rules doesn't mean you should feel allowed to. For the record, I am neither the maker nor the enforcer of these rules, so justifying yourself to me doesn't really do anything. >.>;; I'm just letting you know that you can get in trouble for having these screencaps up.
